What Statomotive is

Statomotive publishes statistical analysis of the enthusiast and collector car market, built from completed public auction results. Valuations, price drivers, deal rankings, and every other figure on the site are model estimates, published with their sample sizes and confidence levels precisely because estimates carry uncertainty.

What Statomotive is not

Nothing on this site is an appraisal, an offer to buy or sell, investment advice, or a guarantee of what any specific car will sell for. No dataset fully captures the condition or history of an individual car. Inspect the car, verify its documentation, and make your own judgment before any purchase.

Using the data

Access is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or republish the site's data or analysis; use it to train machine learning models; frame or mirror the site; or resell access to it. For commercial use of Statomotive data (dealer tools, lending, insurance, research), contact [email protected] to discuss licensing.

Accounts and access

Early access credentials are personal. Don't share them, and don't attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The Statomotive name, site design, models, and analysis are the property of Statomotive. Underlying auction results are public facts; the cleaning, structuring, and modeling of them into what appears here is proprietary.

No warranty, limited liability

The site and its data are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statomotive is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including purchase or sale decisions made with its data.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the current version is always available at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
